KAMIMANGANJI VISITOR'S CENTER

Outline
This is an exchange facility for the "Genjinkai," a group of local elderly people organized to revitalize the town. It consists of three elements: a kitchen for making doburoku (Japanese sake) and local cuisine, a multipurpose exchange room, and a veranda and earthen floor that runs in all directions. For a limited period of time, the restaurant serves doburoku and dishes made from local ingredients.
