- A residence for a single person who has relocated, situated facing the riverbank that stretches to the northeast. The second floor features a continuous series of horizontally offset windows, while the first floor has windows placed only where necessary, in the required sizes and locations. The exterior walls, echoing the offset of the windows, are clad with a combination of Galvalume and siding. Inside, to create a sense of spaciousness beyond the actual floor area and a sense of continuity that allows the eye to travel between floors, the second-floor slab is divided into three sections, each offset by 700 mm in height.
