Outline: A mixed-structure residence—combining reinforced concrete, wood, and steel—located in an urban residential neighborhood. The garden is arranged in a three-dimensional, dispersed layout, allowing the trees in the garden to be viewed from nearly every room. Rather than treating the garden as an external space merely attached to the building, it is viewed as the very environment that supports daily life, delicately incorporating a diverse range of elements such as the trees on neighboring properties, the neighborhood scenery, the atmosphere of the intersection, and the expanse of the sky.
