- In Kutchan, a town adjacent to Niseko in Hokkaido, the architect proposed a design code for a development project involving the construction of approximately 80 villas. The design code calls for the use of modular DLT (Dowel Laminated Timber) units, with the interior of each unit designated for private use and the surrounding spaces designated for public use. This residence is composed of three DLT units.
