Outline: The upper two levels (6th and 7th floors) of a newly built condominium were designed as a two-family home for the owners. It consists of a perimeter area that resembles a porch and a shed that houses the private rooms and living room. In the perimeter, the flooring has been changed from softwood plywood to vinyl floor tiles, and there is a balcony on the outside, thus creating a residential area with various layers.
