Outline: A model house built by a local construction company that has been in the forestry business, from lumbering and processing to construction. In the future, it will be sold as a house or used as a guesthouse. The house consists of a main building and an energy building, and is self-sufficient in 80% of its electricity consumption and 100% of its water. The main house makes extensive use of fixtures and fittings, and a traditional porch is provided as a heat-collecting space in winter.
