- A house and café on a site converted to farmland. Referring to the traditional split-level farmhouses built in the area, it consists of a two-story volume in the center and single-story volumes with a single-flow roof around it. The entire site is open to the community with fields, gardens, coffee stands, and terraces scattered throughout.
