Outline: A house for one built in a residential area in the heart of the city, with the first floor rented out as a store and gallery, the third floor as a living space for the owner, and the second floor functioning as a common space. The volume with a total floor area of approximately 57 m2 is built on a 37 m2 site, which is enough for two cars. The terrace, which is like an outside space but inside, extends the interior area and opens the life to the city and society.
