- A 33-year-old house was extended and remodeled, with half of the house used as a residence for the designer's parents and the other half opened to the community as rental units and tenants. The extension is connected to the existing house by a truss structure consisting of four 105mm square columns, so that the existing exterior wall finish and sashes remain inside the house.
