Outline: The asymmetrical gabled structure is covered with a tent membrane to create a sense of lightness, flexibility, and transparency. The east side of the roof, where the living room is located, is covered with a tent membrane and an insulation layer to reflect changes in the outside space, while the west side, where daily functions are concentrated, is covered with plywood to cope with the westerly sun and wind.
