Outline: A shed for drying firewood on a site with rice paddies and an irrigation channel to the south. The eaves were deepened and a bench was added so that visitors could watch the rice, fireflies, and dripping rain. The hardness of the ground where the piles were driven into the ground caused the columns to be of uneven height, which in turn created a twisted roof. The roof was salvaged from metal tiles from a nearby old house that had been blown off by a typhoon.
