Shigenori Uoya Architects and Associates
- Outline
- Renovation of a house built before 1950, when the Building Standard Law was created. On a site located at the foot of Mt. Inari, where the Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine is located, the relationship between the main house and the garden was maintained, and the floor of the porch and corridor was planned to circulate through the building like a corridor, while utilizing the existing plan. The garden is designed to be continuous with the company and the environment at the foot of the mountain, including plants and flowers that can be collected for the owner's business of Chinese herbal medicine.
