The house is located in a residential area near a river. In response to the possibility of flooding, the residential area was raised above the maximum flood depth of 3,870mm, and the area below was made into a "garden room" with trees. The exterior of the building is light in appearance, with columns made of 100 mm square steel pipes and beams made of 148 x 100 mm H steel.
