House in Higashiurawa

Outline: A house on a corner lot for a couple who have finished raising their children, their child, and two cats. The house consists of seven square volumes with different roof heights and slopes, overlapping each other. Based on the owner's experience of taking care of her parents, she prepared for her own old age by planning a floor plan with right-angled traffic lines and few blind spots, making it easy for a wheelchair user to move around.
