Outline: As part of a project called "purchase and resale," in which real estate is purchased, renovated, and resold with added value, a 70m2 apartment building was renovated, reducing the number of rooms from 3LDK to 2LDK to create an elliptical LDK with gray arc walls, red movable shelves, and octagonal columns surrounding the PS. The entrance is widened and the corridor is narrowed toward the LDK to create a visually strong plane that resembles a wedge drilled into the ellipse.
