LLOVE HOUSE ONOMICHI

Outline
This project is to repair a 110-year-old private house as an accommodation and cultural exchange facility, and to preserve the scenery overlooking the onomichi waterway for future generations. the site is located halfway up a mountain, and was originally a "tea garden" villa built around 1910 by merchants in onomichi, a prosperous trading area, for entertaining guests. the layout of the house was left as it was in those days, mainly for repairs, and the project was realized with the desire to preserve the nostalgic scenery and sounds that can be seen from this building.
