- The site has a frontage of 4.5m and a depth of 28m, and is bordered by 10 neighbouring properties. 3,100mm short spans of bracing are used on both the first and second floors, and structural plywood is used between the floor beams on the first floor and the second floor to form a load-bearing frame. In the second floor, a triangular exterior is inserted at the top to bring in stable indirect light.
