- The building stands in the center of a site divided into three lots in a residential area near a greenway. The gable-roofed volumes are shifted back and forth, with a parking space on the façade and a garden at the rear of the site. 1,925 mm wide and 2,755 mm high openings are provided in the second-floor LDK to the greenway at the end of the T-junction on the northwest side, and a balcony overhangs the center of the volume.
