- The house is built at the foot of a mountain where a traditional townscape with a series of narrow frontage and deep sites remains. The large gabled roof is made of Fujioka tiles, which were fired one by one by the builder. Inside, the volume created by the large roof surface is reflected in the generous 3 x 10 room space.
