"The "i-works 1.0" is a small, packaged eco-house that must be built by a construction company that is a member of the "i-works project. By improving the insulation and sash performance to an energy-saving grade 4, and by installing OM Solar Quattro, the house becomes a zero-energy house. Although the house does not respond to design changes to the main body, three types of layout variations are developed to meet the needs of the residents.
