Outline
As the site once served as a "fort", the volume and color tone were considered as if the ground had risen. A grid of square openings connects the interior and exterior at different scales depending on the surrounding environment and functions. The three-story atrium stairwell gathers light from the south and acts as a "light tube" that fills the interior with light.
