OGIKUBO HOUSE
KUNIHIKO HAYAKAWA ARCHITECT & ASSOCIATES
- Outline
- On the first floor, six boxes, such as the kitchen and bedrooms, are inserted into the common space, and on the second floor, a continuity between the interior and exterior is created that connects to the terrace. For this reason, although the building is made of reinforced concrete, there are almost no continuous walls between the first and second floors except for the perimeter. The garden is planned while retaining the existing plantings and lanterns as much as possible.
