House at Kanazawahakkei
Sachiko Yagi/NASCA
- Outline
- The first floor is a public space, and the second floor is a space separated from the lower world by a large wooden roof with exposed rafters. The upper part of the sloped concrete slab that appears on the first floor is a terrace, which, combined with the low eaves, creates a space that is both closed and open.
