Outline
The site is a corner lot bordering the road on the south and east, with three parking spaces on the south side and the building on the north side. By dividing the near-square plan into a 3×3 matrix of unit spaces, each measuring 2.7 to 3.2 meters on a side, and by manipulating the floor level, the building creates a variety of sight lines that traverse the three areas independently of the flow lines.
