This is a remake of the "15 tsubo house" (1005), which was actually designed in downtown Tokyo, and is a concept model for the "Small House Project", which aims to commercialize houses. A 4-mat tatami room (master bedroom) and a water closet are located on the first floor, and a 2-mat Japanese-style room and a small pantry are located beside the living room on the second floor. The kitchen is a prototype of a productized kitchen.
