Outline: The plan is to demolish the old barn of a full-time farmer and build a house. A garage that can hold eight cars and agricultural vehicles is built around the house, roofed, and covered with grass to serve as a second ground. The lawn connects the view from the inside to the surrounding greenery and also serves to cool the house and wash away fallen leaves with an irrigation system that uses well water.
