House in Moriya
Satoshi Irei Architect & Assosiates
- Outline
- With the intention that the texture of the natural materials used throughout the building will blend in over time, the shape of the building, with its low height and the greenery of the trees around the site, creates a residence that stands in the surrounding townscape. Plastered materials made from volcanic ash were used for both the interior and exterior walls.
