The stadium is located at the eastern end of the central city area of Aomori City in the Comprehensive Athletic Park. The main stand and the entrance side of the stadium have large roofs finished with GRC panels and supported by double steel columns. The GRC panels are all first-order curved surfaces and consist of 15 different combinations of curved surfaces.
