- This is a municipal plaza converted from a former commercial facility (approx. 4,300m2) near JR Oita Station. It consists of a large roof, an environmental control wall, toilets, and a bicycle parking lot. Two large roofs (9.0m and 10.45m in height) with rails extending 66.6m from the center of the plaza and with electric-powered traveling devices on their legs are installed. The roof can be deployed in five different patterns according to the intended use. The maximum length of the roofed plaza is 36m and 635m2.
