This office building stands on an irregular site straddling two major roads. It consists of an 18-story high-rise building facing Mita-dori Avenue on the west side and a 3-story low-rise building facing Daiichi Keihin on the east side. The exterior of the building, which leads to the entrance on the east side, is planted with many trees to soften the oppressive feeling of the surrounding dense buildings, and benches and hammocks are placed to provide a place for workers to relax.
