- This is a privatization project for a public nursery school in kawasaki city, with a maximum capacity of 204 children. the site was originally a water distribution station for kawasaki city, and the two-story wooden structure was built on the site of a former pressure control tower with its foundation still in the ground. it consists of two buildings with single-flow roofs arranged in the shape of windmills.
