Outline: A facility that consolidates the factories of suppliers providing raw materials, parts, and other components for the manufacture of air control devices. The factories were consolidated into a single building (the factory building), with a 315-meter-long shared building running parallel to it. The shared building features meeting spaces for tenant companies, as well as a gallery and terrace designed to promote interaction among tenants and local residents. The roof structure combines steel framing with locally sourced red pine and employs a double-half-arch design, with a pair of half-arches arranged side by side.
