- This preschool was established by transferring a city-run nursery school to the private sector. In consideration of the densely populated residential environment, the two-story building has a large yard and open space. The Sanagawa area to the north of the site is frequently flooded (as of 2026, the latest record was in August 2024), and the playroom on the upper floor serves as an unauthorized evacuation facility for the community.
