- A child welfare facility planned in the Yamanote area of Kobe City. The ground floor is open to the public so that local residents can drop in. The white box horizontally placed on the exterior wall is a shutter box for fire protection equipment below and a planter above. The fireproof shutters are installed outside the openings.
