- A public-private commercial facility planned on a site facing the "Ekimae-dori" street that continues from the front of Futaba Station. The site is divided into three separate buildings, each housing three restaurants. The gently sloping wooden roof is supported by large steel beams, and a wide space under the eaves is planned facing the street. Benches and other facilities were designed along the street to provide a place for people to stay and linger, and to create a lively atmosphere.
