- Located between Shinagawa Station and Takanawa Gateway Station, this tenant office building is sandwiched between an arterial road (National Route 15) and a railroad line. The building is a split-core structure with cores at both ends of the longitudinal plane, which is approximately 18 m deep and 70 m long. A large wood-finished staircase runs continuously from the ground to the roof.
