- A plan to build a park information center, café, and plaza in stages in the "Banjohana Nature Park" located along the East China Sea in the southernmost part of Kagoshima Prefecture. The structure can be removed except for the concrete frame, and can be converted into a pavilion according to changes in operational conditions.
