- Located on the site of the former municipal hospital (which has since relocated), this project involves the construction of a new city hall building (new wing) that includes the renovation and repurposing of an existing hospital wing. A restaurant, stage, and other facilities are arranged to surround a plaza, and the grand staircase leading to the second floor of the city hall serves as a viewing area during events.
