Outline: This is one of the largest ornithological gardens in Asia, newly constructed in the Mandai area in northeastern Singapore. The site (approx. 230,000 m2) is adjacent to a nature reserve, and the contractor (Obayashi Singapore) used point cloud data to gain a detailed understanding of the site conditions and planned the construction in consideration of the existing topography, trees, and ecosystem by combining it with BIM.
