- Redevelopment plan for a commercial facility under the elevated railway tracks at JR Koenji Station. Rewrite_D was in charge of the commercial environment design, including the exterior, signage, and outdoor lighting, in conjunction with the reconstruction of the elevated building. The new concrete structures and the existing elevated pillars that were revealed after the reconstruction were painted in dark red.
