Outline: New construction project of a wooden building in Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The building is located on a narrow, unused lot owned by Heiwa Real Estate, the owner of the project. From the viewpoint of reducing embodied carbon, a system that allows panel-like modules to be disassembled and reassembled by removing screws was considered.
