- A plan to renovate a 180-year-old merchant house as a "cultural exchange facility where visitors can stay overnight. The existing buildings (rice storehouse, earthen storehouse with sheathing, charcoal bale storage, and lumber storage) were all divided so that their total floor space would be less than 200 m2 and converted to different uses. The designer was responsible for financing, project planning, design, construction supervision, operation, maintenance, and branding.
