- This house was remodeled by the same designer 24 years after its completion. The original house was constructed by cutting out one of the row houses in Osaka and embedding a steel frame (left photo). In the remodeling, the framework was retained, but the interior was made into a large one-room space to accommodate the changing family structure, and the front facade was opened to significantly change the way the house faces the city (middle and right photos).
