- The Russian-born, Constructivist-influenced Ljubetkin's futuristic vision is on full display. Ove Arup realized the free form of an elliptical pond and two spiral concrete ramps that intersect in the center. The building is considered a typical example of early modernism, and is now a Grade I listed building in the United Kingdom.
