- The Raum Plan, which combines spaces in three dimensions, is fully developed in this work from the last year of Loos's life. The central staircase connects the rooms and serves to give fluidity to the space. The marble on the staircase and other rich materials and colors, such as carpets and wood, surround the space to create a comfortable atmosphere.
