Einstein Tower

Outline
A facility for observing sunlight to verify Einstein's theory of relativity. Although the tower is mostly made of brick, the sculptural characteristics of the concrete are utilized, and it is considered to be the extreme north of German Expressionism. It represents a new trend in the modern era in which the concepts of science and the universe are brought to fruition in the form of sculpture.
