A pre-fabricated reinforced concrete structural system for mass production of houses consisting of a slab, columns, and staircase, which Le Corbusier devised at the beginning of World War I. An important early project that marked a turning point for Le Corbusier, who was based in Switzerland but had gained experience in various locations.
