Outline: In conjunction with the renewal of tenants on the first floor of the West Wing of Tamagawa Takashimaya S.C., which had been lined with brand stores, a walkway surrounding the West Wing was developed and one section was converted into a food court to generate new flow and retention of people. The food and beverage space extends into the exterior space created by setting back 1,840mm from the existing exterior wall line.
