- A complex facility of a library, health center, and administrative office in the western part of Ota City, Gunma Prefecture. This project in Ota City follows the designer's "Ota City Museum and Library" (1705) and "OTA Lines" (2303). To prevent flooding, a large portion of the library was raised 3 to 5 meters, and the area underneath was used as a pilotis for approaches and parking.
