- New Head Office for 21st Century Komuten, Nestled Within an Existing Warehouse. The new office was designed as a nested structure inside an existing warehouse. Of the total 246.55 m² warehouse area, 125.66 m² is allocated to newly built spaces such as offices and a kitchen. The remaining area is used for mock-up production and material storage.
